Holečkova House, as a multifunctional building, continues the tradition of Residence Sacre Coeur 2 and is located on the southern slope below Prague's Petřín, in close proximity to Sacre Coeur Park, between Holečkova and Kmochova streets. Its visual axis is directed towards the neo-Romanesque monastery of St. Gabriel from 1891.
The architectural design of Holečkova House builds upon the existing urban structure and offers apartments and commercial spaces of the highest standard.
